the first draft of the formula was created in summer 24.
many modifications/samples (trials & errors) followed...

freedom means to me:
living fully what is directly coming from the source,
without reformulated, diluted concepts through systems and people.
rules are for those who, for whatever reason, have lost their connection to the source. rules can be very helpful, like structure, discipline and so on, but can destroy and diminish life force and joy as well.

the question is not whether to follow rules, but whether they serve my connection to the source or whether they sever it.
